"No Short-Lived Trend: Climate Protection and Capital Growth."
We do not assume that climate protection on the capital markets is a temporary phase. Climate change is receiving more and more attention, and interest in investment opportunities with a focus on climate is growing. The increasing concentration of CO2 leads to global warming, and climate change represents a systemic risk for life on earth and thus for the global economy. Aviva Investors has an answer and offers a climate equity fund that pursues a pioneering thematic strategy on climate change. The objective is capital appreciation through an investment in European equities. We select in companies that offer solutions and services against climate change (Solution) and in companies that change their business model to a warmer, low-CO2 environment (Transition).
