Presentation: From theory to practice : modelling & analysing climate risk in your strategic asset allocation
The Covid-19 shock is a dress-rehearsal for economic, societal & market shocks likely to happen with climate change. Climate risk is an investment risk and investors should take into account the physical impacts associated with a transition to a low carbon economy. The lack of ESG Capital Market Assumptions has been a barrier towards adoption of ESG products across whole portfolios as they add tracking error versus traditional strategic asset allocation. In this workshop, you will learn more about our sustainable CMA framework which models the implication of climate change on asset class returns and strategic asset allocations.
