Paris Aligned Benchmarks (PAB) have been launched after Cop 21 and are designed to keep global warming to 1.5C above pre-industrial levels by 2050. They aim to reduce carbon intensity with a specific target. Index solutions, and ETF’s in particular, allow investors to invest in a wide range of exposure’s with a PAB approach: regional equities, thematics like biodiversity and fixed income.
