Investing in Biodiversity: A Butterfly Effect?

After having presented (the roadmap to developing) specific Biodiversity investment strategies in the 15h00 session, both Robeco and Tocqueville will now speak about the theme in a more holistic way. Both firms agree and stress that taking into account and evaluating the risks and impacts of our activities on biodiversity is essential. As citizens and investors we can redirect capital flows to companies with good practices and away from those whose activities contribute to the erosion of biodiversity. The question now is how can we measure progress in our efforts to combat Biodiversity loss and what role engagement activities could play in the process?
